EWK has supplied the closed circuit cooliing towers for the air conditioning of the new Passengers Terminal of Santiago de Compostela airport. The new terminal, with a surface of about 18.000 m2, is divided in two buildings and gives service to the luggage and passengers treatment.
EWK participated from the begining in the project developped by Tecnicas Reunidas, assisting in the choice of the best equipments for the requirements of the terminal. The towers selected were closed circuit, to protect them from chemical products used on the treatments, and from algae that could be produced in the circuit.
